Who eats who?

Write down a list of food you ate yesterday. If you ate any meat or fish — what do you think they ate so they could grow and survive? Can you draw this out in a ‘food chain’ or ‘food web’?

Having a whale of a time

Imagine you are a tourist visiting the Antarctic. Write a postcard home to describe what you see, feel, hear and taste. Draw your own image on the front.
